Our registered office is 14 Bedford Row, Holborn, London WC1R 4ED. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 512847).

- Information provided when you complete a contact form or request a callback
- Information necessary for the provision of legal services, including sensitive personal data where relevant to your case

- To respond to enquiries submitted through our website
- To comply with our regulatory obligations as solicitors

We retain client files for a minimum of six years after the conclusion of a matter, or longer where required by law or our professional obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for twelve months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our regulatory obligations.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (subject to our legal obligations)

Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high-quality legal service. If something goes wrong, we want to know about it so we can put it right and improve our service.
How to complain
In the first instance, please raise your concern with the solicitor handling your matter. If you are not satisfied with their response, please contact our Practice Manager, Eleanor Graves, in writing at 14 Bedford Row, Holborn, London WC1R 4ED or by email at enquiries@hagonhogg.co.uk.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days
- We will investigate the matter and provide a detailed response within 14 working days
- If you remain dissatisfied, a senior partner will review the complaint within a further 14 days
Legal Ombudsman
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. You must do so within six months of our final response and within one year of the act or omission giving rise to the complaint.
